The US does not need a revolution.
They need to inform citizens of their political obligations. Be honest about which ones they choose to ignore. What student in high school right now knows about the UN resolution prohibiting marijuana... The student gets feed evil Russia. They won't get feed the story; reciprocating medical agreement aren't international. Putin's government cracked down on bringing American style civil disobedience into Russia. 9 years is extreme, but trade and other Russian drug problems play into that.
