That’s what this raid arose out of. If this was the usual time frame for other presidents, the raid is seriously improper.

Meanwhile, no crime can be found without a specific illegal purpose for a president to keep his own documents. That’s the law.

No high ranking federal official has ever been charged with a crime for keeping his or her own top secret documents. Because the law does not allow it.

There is no crime committed if a president retains his own documents. That is well established in the law. Trump won’t be guilty of stealing records.

It clearly allows for a period to determine what is to be protected and what isn’t and it isn’t a strict time frame. There is no way Trump can be convicted of anything.

It is clear what happened. Because they said on the news the current Administration wanted documents from Trump. These were still being categorized with National Archives.

They then sent the FBI to seize them as evidence of a crime that does not exist under American law. There is no way any of this will be affirmed by any United States Supreme Court that ever existed.

Talk to a real lawyer. Not a YouTube commenter pretending to be one - talk to a real lawyer about this. ANY court would tear your interpretation of this apart in about six minutes.
