Thankfully, I read Randall Munroe's What If, and it said exactly what to do if you're in a space station that's about to burn up in the atmosphere

You get into one of the thicker and easier to put on russian spacesuits, then you strap yourself to the thickest part of the space station

This is a space shuttle where you're strapped into your seat with an American spacesuit that isn't pressurized

go to the tail and strap myself to a thick piece of metal and hope for the best
