apocalypse happens with some goo that turns people to furries and spreads it, the protagonist wakes up in a lab becomes friends with a sentient goo furry and try to escape. However, theres this sentient furry scientist guy who used to be human trying to turn the protagonist into a furry in order to "protect him" turns out his intentions was good all along because he's trying the make the protagonist into a special type of furry where he is still in control and has his conscious and memories so he dosen't get attacked the goo

and he can eventually find a cure to save everyone
