then attributes it to The Declaration of Independence from the Country that he states he was sitting down in, ENGLAND, as part of the G7 where he declared to the other 6 "We're Back." as part of a Marxist Globalist Consortium, taking Marxist consensus orders from the group of Socialist Democracies inspired by Gramsci and Kissinger...to which Macron of France replied, "For how long?"

Biden bowed to consensus, rather than taking the opportunity to lead in that G7 forum to share the promise of the Democratic Republic within the U.S. Constitution and it's Bill of Rights Amendments, and it's individual rights guaranteed to be UNALIENABLE, while he promises to alienate, ensuring non domestic tranquility, not promoting the general welfare under the guise of SAFETY, and loudly yelling and damning Liberty rather than providing the blessings of said Liberty.
