I’m my point of view it makes no sense to go to restaurant if you dislike the idea of other people behaving in different ways than your family/friends. So that’s why I don’t entirely understand people complaining about loud children, mothers breast feeding, less than Ideal service, etc.
You decided to go out of your way to waste an extra $8-90 to put your meal in the hands of a total stranger while being in the presence of 5+ other families. In my mind it’s on equal level as models signing $1,000,000+ contracts and then complaining they have to go on a strict diet and workout routine. Or celebrities taking nude photo shoots, posting them on an easily hackable cloud and then playing victim when some incel leaks said photos. You went the extra mile to do something out of your own free will and then blame it all on other people. Now I’m not saying if you have an inexperienced waiter/waitress that’s your fault, but it is your fault for not expecting that as a possibility.
