For all the orchestra people out there

I love listening to classical and instrumental music. I tried playing the cello in high school but was pretty bad at it, lol.

What's not to love?

It is actually still during the period of classical music - The last great classical composer who everyone knew about, Shostakovich, only died in 1975

It is the absolute greatest. My personal favorite is stuff from the romantic era.

Chopin might be my favorite. I like Ravel, Debussy, Rachmaninoff, and Beethoven too.

Canon in D will always be my favorite classical songs- I have heard that it is often associated with feelings of nostalgia, which got amplified for me as it would play on a radio my parents once got me when I was a little kid.

I also like instrumental music made more recently, particularly from video games like Assassin's Creed.

I feel like Canon in D is a great piece of music, but you just hear it so much especially at weddings, a bit like Eine Kleine Nachtmusik or the Blue Danube Waltz, and it is probably the most overplayed piece of classical music
