so basically, i got into an argument sort of with my parents becuz 1. im TERRIFIED to go back to school and 2. i was angry at my mom, becuz i felt like she wasn't being very supportive of me. so we talked, and turns out, they kinda knew that i was genderfluid (there's a big flag hanging in my room so that was a pretty dead giveaway) but they didn't really know what it was, so i showed my mom a post by TheWolfOfHades which is a scene from one of the Magnus Chase books, that i felt described it pretty well, ill link it here ----> imgflip.com/i/6rnn5f so anyways, we came up with a loose plan on pronouns and names and stuff. my mom also said its hard cuz she's only had a son, but idk i think she's trying to accept me to the best of her ability. Also my dad wants to talk about it more. I think my problem is, is that i don't TRUST ADULTS. they grew up in such a weird time, and none of this is normal to them, so they're either clueless, or they hate it and think its poison. Also my mom did take me to my first pride fest. anyways, advice on what to do now that it's official my parents know?

Sorry for that, it must be really hard, i hope you can go through this. My advice is to just tell them that nothing they knew about you has changed, you're the same person. Even if they don't accept you, as long as you're good with yourself, then you can eventually get out of these sort of situations.
