If your issues are sexual, I suggest finding other activities that are more fun for you and constructive. And if you want a place in God's kingdom, try praying more and go to church, a lot. Or do some charity work. And for your parents, if you want to keep their trust, then I suggest listening to the other examples I just said.
In other words, just keep yourself busy so you stay away from "dirty" issues.
