It’s a small private school. My parents thought I would get bullied more if I went to a public school where most of my elementary school classmates went so they made me choose between like 3 private schools because they didn’t think I could handle public school. So I’m in 11th grade and it’s my first year taking APs because my school is weird and you need special requirements (90% overall grade, 90% on final exam, and you need to be recommended, unless it’s electives which they count AP bio as an elective for some reason, I’m taking AP European History on top of it. It’s not heavy now and I’m probably just not used to it yet, but it takes me a while to complete some stuff. Also, probably the best investment my parents made, over Covid we were actually learning and still doing projects at home over zoom, whereas the public schools where I’m at only assigned my sister busy work and checked in once a week for attendance).
