Do you know something called lactose free milk it doesn't have lactose there are also other types of milk that don't have lactose ecc i may be wrong idk XD
I don't know why should he buy chocolate milk because you already can make it in home, just cocoa powder in milk and done. Thank god there is sweet cocoa, I hate putting normal cocoa because it tastes bad, maybe with sugar it tastes good.
At some point tho he will leave to get a new fridge. Leaving you to keep waiting and getting more and more milk for your single fridge and then soon you will be overcrowded with milk so you go out to get a fridge. Then when you arrive home with your new fridge the door will knock and it will be your dad with the fridge but then he will see that you already have a new fridge and go back out to return his.

He already has 1 fridge to put milk so he doesn't need another XD I would probably sell the other fridges so i can get more money to get other milk or for other things...
