i came out to my friends over text, i avoided confronting them in person, incase it got awkward. im assuming you have girl friends and they would probably be more supportive than guy friends

The way I came out as genderfluid was when one of them let me through the door before him, jokingly saying "ladies first," when I was having a fem day, and I said "yes thank you," then explained what was happening
