Who told you that? The president definitely has the authority to classify or declassify anything he wants. This is the right of all presidents under the Constitution.

That is why it is so important to vote for the right presidential candidate. Never, never, never, never vote for a candidate who despises the United States and the Constitution. That means we must never, never, never, never vote for a Democrat and really scrutinize the Republicans.

Democrats hate the Constitution and they hate the country. They hate our founding fathers and they had individual liberty.

Hillary would have been awful. She illegally took classified documents many were labeled Top Secret from the government and had them stored on her personal server. That is bad. Especially when the Clintons were funneling that information to foreign countries.

Biden HATES America. Everything he is doing as president is to destroy our economy, destroy capitalism and our freedom. He works for the World Economic Forum who is in the middle of pushing global fascism on the world. China and The Ukraine owns a huge share of Biden as well.

Dude! No there isn't. If you can produce some law or document then produce it. The president, all presidents, have that right and authority. There has been some blathering on CNN saying that there is paperwork that is used to declassify a document but the Constitution is silent on that, meaning a president can (at 11:59 PM on their last day in office) just say a document is declassified. He or she doesn't have to tell anyone and he or she doesn't have to fill out any paperwork.

However, the point of this meme is not about declassifying documents. It is about the illegal search warrant that was issued.

The founders were adamant about the 4th amendment because under British rule affidavits that allowed broad searches for whatever the law could find. The founders saw that as a crime against the people. So the 4th requires that the search could ONLY for the specific items enumerated in the search warrant. Our law enforcement cannot do what the FBI did to Trump. They went in and found a document that they thought was classified and took that document and the box with other documents that were in the box. That is illegal. That is a clear violation of the 4th amendment.

Now there is a Supreme Court ruling that says if the search warrant is to find, for example a handgun that was used in a murder and law enforcement just happened to see out in the open a bag of cocaine, they can confiscate the cocaine and charge the person with possession of a narcotic. However, they cannot use the search warrant to find the gun and then tear the house apart looking for anything else.

The other problem is why is it after 18 months they decided that Trump had taken classified documents when he left.

The other problem is even IF the document is marked classified and Trump didn't fill out any paperwork if he is prosecuted then if that case goes to the Supreme Court it will be thrown out because there is no way to know of Trump declassified the documents or not. It has nothing to do with the make up of the Supreme Court.

Well... that's not true either. The leftists activist justices (like Sotomayor, Kagan and the late Darth Vader Ginsburgh) are only there to rule based on whatever the left wants. They don't care about the Constitution, they only care about whatever is popular with the left and what will hurt this nation the most.

Nuclear information is an exception. SCI is an exception. Disclosure in either case could be catastrophic to the nation and/or the world. That's why it gets the highest degree of protection and that's why it isn't declassified on a presidential whim. You probably never even heard of SCI until Mar-a-Lago was LEGALLY searched.

That is why it is essential that we keep Democrats out of the White House. Especially when that president has been bought and paid for by foreign nationals like our current president. That is why it is imperative that we strictly monitor our elections so that we don't let those foreign nationals put their candidates in office by massive voter fraud.

Who knows how many top secret documents Biden has declassified and given to those foreign nationals.

I used to work as a contractor for the U.S. Air Force. The Air Force as well as the rest of the military and all other government agencies, require you to take an annual cyber security test. I learned about all of the classifications of documents.

So then what you are saying is that they found SCI documents at Mar-a-lago? I find that very hard to believe. Even so as being the entire executive branch and commander-in-chief if a president wanted to declassify an SCI document he could. He has that kind of security clearance. The kind that should have sent up all sorts of red flags when Obama was elected. And then again when he chose Hillary as Secretary of State. They have gone off when Biden was installed as president. We know that Biden is receiving a monthly check from China and the Ukraine, laundered through Hunter.

This meme and what I have said to you explained exactly how the Mar-a-lago raid was an illegal search. What part of that did you not understand? It was a direct violation of the 4th Amendment. Just because you want the FBI to fabricate dirt on Trump does not make that search warrant legal.

It happened because the Democrat party is obsessed with this witch hunt to try to find something, anything that might connect Trump to Jan 6th. Nothing came out in the bogus Jan 6th hearings so they got an either corrupt or inept or both judge to issue a broad search warrant which directly violated the spirit and letter of the 4th Amendment. Then the FBI took entire boxes of documentation, which documentation may or may not have had anything to do with the broad ranged search warrant. That is illegal and unconstitutional.

You need to let that soak in and get over your Trump hatred log enough to understand the law. I don't care how much you hate Trump, the Constitution must be upheld ALWAYS. I didn't think that Trump was all that great of a president. I hope he doesn't run again and we get someone much better, like Ted Cruz or Ron DeSantis.
