As an 11 year old who lived in fear because of this happening to me I can confirm this would be classified as child abuse but nooooo. People are dumb, my opinion is final.

The problem is that I've found the corporation owns the government, which the corporation wants child labor back, so essentially CPS is useless unless the suspect is Black or LGBT in America.

Teachers at my school punished us even harder for crying.

I remember one time at school when 2 boys got in trouble for smoking, one of the teachers was like: "You're an idiot John, you're an idiot Toby." and smacked them both over the head. Toby started crying, which would have been a big deal at the time as some people still believed 'Boys don't cry.'

People in society think really dumb schmidt all the time and get mad when their expectations turn false, I bet this was ~80s/90s era or in the past 10 years with what happened.
