1) The double slit experiment in quantum mechanics shows an alteration of reality based on conscious observation. Also, Max Planck said, "I regard consciousness as fundamental. I regard matter as a derivative of consciousness" It's one of the reasons some top scientists believe we live in a computer simulation.
2) Martial arts demonstrations using "chi" where people like Shaolin monks break bricks with their open hands is in your face proof of spiritual energy.
3) We can complete the Unified Field Theory if we consider more than 3 spatial dimensions. In 1888 A.T.Schofield wrote the book Another World where he suggested God and spirits must exist in 4th dimensional space. It's the earliest reference I know of suggesting God is an extradimensional entity, a concept accepted in theoretical physics. The concept is implied earlier than that, before advanced mathematics were invented.
4) The one and only argument atheists use against the existence of God is "Bad things happen, therefore God cannot exist", which is usually based on the Epicurean Paradox which Epicurus didn't actually write, it was falsely attributed to him by a Catholic named Lactanicus, and is an attempt at a logic argument about the abstract concepts of "good" and "evil", which itself is a logic failure.
5) Famous astrophysicist Carl Sagan said, "An atheist has to know a lot more than I do. An atheist knows there is no god. By some definitions atheism is very stupid."
