Quick question, how do you get XL Candies and what’re they for?

XL candies can be exchanged for 100 regular candies when you get above level 31. Basically, if you're trying to power up a pokemon, it'll need candy XL instead of regular candy at a certain amount of CP.

You have to be level 31. It annoys me too
