I hadn't considered the implications on fetal life.
I embrace the validity of people's artistic interpretations independent from the intentions of the artist, but you appear to have misconstrued the definition of a key element of this meme. "At will employment" simply means that either party can terminate the employment at will with no legal consequence (*void where prohibited, restrictions may apply, ask your doctor if freedom is right for you). It offers no guarantee of employment to either the hiring party or the hired party, only the guarantee that either party can freely sever the employment contract at any time and for any (lawful, i.e. non-discriminatory) reason.
So the meme is actually pro-choice. At least until the unborn become a lawfully protected class. At which point they will need to be counted as people by the census bureau, granted citizenship, assigned a SSN, made eligible for life insurance, counted as dependents for tax purposes, etc. That would have to be a package deal or the claim that they're people would fall flat on its fetus. Face. Fall flat on its face.
