Isn't it a war crime to shoot at someone while they're parachuting? I'm pretty sure that's a war crime.

I don't know if it is a crime - militarily, it has to be a sensible tactic ! - The Allies did it against the German parachute invasion of Create and the Germans against the Allies at Arnhem.
However ... In this meme, We are not at war with those paragliders and so it is what it is - just a hobby ! :~)
