What you are refusing to read is the transcript of NC where he condemned the Nazi's. Your belief that he praised them is a hoax. The left can't handle the fact that the people at the rally fell into 4 basic categories... 1) ANTIFA 2) NEO NAZIs 3) Normal people who liked the statues and 4) Normal people who don't like statues. 1 and 2 are bad people and should be condemned totally. 3 and 4 were fine people peacefully representing their view. The left tries to make anyone who supported the statues into a Nazi. That's simply not the case. People who are civil war buffs, college history professors and just free speech advocates were there protesting the removal of the statues. They weren't with the Nazis. Keep in mind, statue removal wasn't just an issue in NC. The nation was wrestling with removal of statues all over the country. Generally speaking, Republicans wanted to keep our historical statues, Democrats wanted to remove them. The media tried to re-frame ALL Republicans as Nazis if they liked statues. Trump pushed back on this vary hard... saying, most of the people who wanted the statues were fine people. And, some of the people (ANTIFA) who didn't want the statues were bad people. The left just can't seem to handle this nuance. If you'd bother to read the transcript, you'd see what he actually said. Or, you can continue to believe a hoax... up to you.
