For every individual stream, the only difference in permissions would be that they couldn’t be removed by an owners. Then MSMG could add a ton of owners without worrying about them taking over because the head owner could fix it. It also means you could give someone permissions without trusting them with your entire stream

What if the Head Owner commit an Arkuum
Then only the Site Mods can remove it or they delete

If the Head Owner commits an Arkuum only the site mods can fix it anyway, and it’s safer with a single user than with 5 who could all do it if they felt like it

The Head Owner should also be able to give that role away to a trusted user. Like you said with MSMG, Bomb should be the Head Owner

Agree with the transfer role, no idea who bomb is tho
