Different GOP US Senators have discussed banning interstate travel for abortion care. A letter from Republicans in the Texas House of Representatives threatened prosecution toward a firm who offered to reimburse employees who receive abortions out of state.

Infanticide refers to infants, which means within the year after birth. By definition abortion is not infanticide, but I'm guessing that won't stop you from being emotionally driven and continuing to use that term anyway.

I'm not aware of period tracker apps being used yet, but we do have a case in Nebraska where someone disposed of a fetus on their own and had an abortion after the state's 22-week limit, and police were able to retrieve Facebook Messenger messages that provided them more information confirming the self-managed abortion took place.

You want people to be criminally prosecuted for an extremely common, normal and safe medical procedure that they have just lost access to in a number of states.

"Different GOP US Senators have discussed banning..."

Have they now? Which ones. And why would they do that? What is their motivation? Is their a cry from their constituents to stop this practice?

The Texas House of Representatives meet every 2 years. If there is any legislation like that it would not even be discussed in the House until they meet next. Any bill presented would most likely be shot down before it ever reached a vote. It's just talk.

Infanticide... It's just semantics. Yes I know there are scientific names for the different stages of a human but it seems like the pro-abortionists prefer using those terms because it sounds less human.

Why is it when a pregnant woman is murdered they murderer is charged with a double homicide? Why is it if a doctor kills an unborn.

Yes, doctors who perform abortions should be prosecuted just like the murder who is charged with a double homicide. The woman should probably get something less than a felony but enough to discourage her from wanting to murder her baby. But I am not a state legislator. I'll let the states decide.

And if Texas passes a law that prevents employers from paying for out of state abortions then that sucks for those businesses. They have every right to pick up and move their business back to California where they can live in the mess they helped create when that caused them to flee to Texas. Clearly not all of those business moved from anywhere and were formed in Texas. Just the same, if a business does not like how the state tries to regulate them to death then they can move. It is happening much more frequently now that New York and California have turned themselves into cesspools. Gov Newsom had to beg and plead to keep Elon Musk and Tesla in California.

When the founders created this nation they did so with the intention that if a state does not act in a manner that you want and you cannot convince them to change then you vote with your feet. You leave the state and find a more favorable state. That is just what is going to have to happen in the case of abortion. If a woman wants the option of killing her baby then she really needs to move to state that will let her. Either that or she'll just have to be more responsible about sexual intercourse.

It is time that America grows up and becomes more responsible for their own actions and stop looking for ways to escape their responsibilities.

You need to watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail. That where I got the name from. It's one of my all-time favorite comedies. In one part of the movie King Arthur and his men encounter a group of knights who call themselves "the knights who say, 'ni'". Those are the knights and they actually say "ni" in a high falsetto voice in that part of the movie.

And you are right. I am not going to change my mind. I'll have a civil conversation with anyone but what I come to know is true is unmovable. Truth is absolute, not relative. This is not something that is just true for me. It is the truth. Truth is binary (or because I'm a software developer, truth is boolean). It is either true or false.

I am NOT the arbiter of all truth. I'm just some random dude in the internet and I get things wrong but I will stick by what I believe is true.

Truths like the free market isn't perfect but is unquestionably the best economic system that mankind ever figured out. Any thing inspired by Karl Marx is worthless crap that has and continues to make mankind impoverished, enslaved and miserable. And in the 20th century it was responsible for the genocide of 100 million people. It will never be a matter of those guys all did it the wrong way. It robs the individual of all their political power and this liberty, therefore there is not way to do Marxism correctly unless death and misery is your goal.

I believe that both systems have their faults but with enough ingenuity we could develop an version of socialism where all or most problems are accounted for. Capitalism has caused great pain in the form of the American Slave Trade, the rich holding more power than the rest of society and Nazi Germany. Socialism has as well in the form of Stalin with the Holodomor and Mao’s leadership. However despite the problems you capitalists keep trying to develop a ideal economy. We are as well but we just have different ideas than you. We both want to help society and help it succeed, we just have different ideas about how to go about it.

To be clear, I’m NOT a supporter of Stalinism or Communism. I don’t think that we should make an Authoritarian society. I support my own ideas which while on the Left are not associated with any one ideology or party.

No one in America is for an authoritarian society with the exception of the ruling elites in both political parties. That being said the direction that mostly the left is taking us is right into an authoritarian society. They've had help from some Republicans. This has been going on for over a century.

I just read about Stuart Chase, who in the 1940's wrote a book outlining a global authoritarian society. He didn't have a name for it so he called it "System X".

Fast forward to the last decade or so and Klaus Schwab, President of the World Economic Forum, has put together "The Great Reset" which basically the same thing as "System X". Joe Biden, John Kerry and Al Gore have all spoken in favor of the Great Reset. Biden is so fully committed to it that he took the Great Reset's slogan as his campaign slogan; "Build Back Better".

They are using climate change as the banner to get people to rally around but when you listen to them speak it is more than clear that climate change is just a facade. This isn't a discussion about the reality of climate change, this about how climate change is being used to push global fascism on the world.

There's lots of other world leaders who are also committed to the Great Reset.

The goal is to eliminate "shareholder capitalism", which is a misnomer. ONLY publicly traded corporations have shareholders. There are a lot businesses that are privately owned.

Capitalism revolves around the juggling act of keeping customers happy while at the same time keeping employees happy. The left refuses to understand the latter but a business will collapse if both customer and employees are not happy. If the employees aren't happy they leave. Enough leave and say goodbye to that business.

The globalists claim they want to replace "shareholder capitalism" with "stakeholder capitalism" which is just a fancy way of saying collectivism. After all they say, "You will own nothing and you will be happy." If you own nothing then you can't buy or sell anything. Without the exchange of goods and services you have no capitalism whatsoever. What you have is an authorization global state.

The best way to understand other ideas is to talk with people who support it and understand it. Second sources aren’t always the best so it’s important to get a good understanding of what is you’re up against.

"You’re not going to change my mind"

That is perfectly acceptable. You have a right to believe what you want. I just want to present what I know to be the facts. What you do with those facts is entirely up to you.

Years ago I heard a story that was told about Aristotle, the Greek philosopher. He allegedly had a student who asked him to teach him the truth. Aristotle took him to the ocean and held his head under water for a few seconds. The potential student asked him why he did that. Aristotle replied, when you want learn the truth as much as you wanted to breath, then I will teach you.

Do not be afraid of learning something that goes opposite of your world view and having to rethink part or all of what you believed.

Mate, let me tell you a bit of a story. When I was younger, I was apart of the crowd that though Feminism was bad in it's entirety. I also used to think that Ronald Reagan wasn't that bad. However, over time, I heard differing perspectives and gained more information that resulted in me changing my mind. I learned that while Feminism did have it's hysteric actors, It wasn't bad as a whole. I learned about how Reagan's decisions caused great issues for both America and other countries. I have come across things that did challenge my worldview. However, none of the stuff on Imgflip has.

Dude!!! I've talked to lots of people. I'm 64 years old. I've had to figure out things and change my entire world view so many times. I've never been a Democrat but I'm also not a Republican. I've learned that the Libertarian Party is the ONLY political party who fully understand the greatness of free market economics and I'm also not a Libertarian.

I've read and listen to all sorts of viewpoints. You have to be a monk living in a cave to not see the leftist point of view in every movie and TV show since the 90's. Even going back to the 60's there are a lot of "message" movies and that message is always left leaning politics.

And as far as sources go, what I always, always, always tell everyone here on ImgFlip, is to go to the source as much as you can. My other post about the Great Reset is laid out in explicit detail on the World Economic Forum's website. Go there are read it yourself.
