No there would be way to much harassment, if you really need to know you can contact a mod in the stream that can check with the mod who disapproved the image.
For the people saying it would cause toxicity, what if we had an anonymous appeal system so you can appeal the unfeature but you wouldn't know what mod did it?
There should be a chat room where the mod can chat anonymously with you. Basically, you’ll be talking to them, but they can’t be targeted because you don’t know who they are.
When your image doesn't get featured it should show the username of the moderator that disaproved the image so that if it was disaproved for no reason you can tell an owner which moderator it was
