I memechated with a site mod. It had started 5 days ago after they had deleted the DarthTricera_Sucks stream and they had told me I had been temporarily banned for making the stream. I asked them 5 days ago for the feature that allows you to restore deleted accounts. They said no, because when you delete your account, all the data is deleted too. I asked them to add the feature, but as the account is restored, the data is restored, but they didn't reply. Today, I asked them hello, then they responded. I again asked them to add the feature, but as the account is restored, the data is restored. They then said they had no plans to add it in the near future. So for now, I will use this account as my main account.
