flip through a stream or a time or a tag!

You can flip through a tag and look at a meme by clicking or tapping the tag.
Flipping through streams is just technically searching through the memes by clicking/tapping the site's logo
Flipping through time of a meme can be done by pressing the button in-between the search bar and the create button.

What I mean about the tags:
Click/tap on the tag, and you'll be taken to memes that HAVE that tag on it.
This includes seeing private stream memes as well I think
