All my mom knows about the furry fandom is that "They take better care of their clothes than your 50 year old ass does!". xD

My Italian grandmother doesn't really care at all whether or not I'm a furry, nor does she even know that I'm a part of the fandom or that it exists - as long as I'm happy and don't get hurt by something I love, she's completely cool with it and supports it ~ although she has voiced to me that my plague-doctor costume is "ugly" (her exact words, actually) in person to me over pizza during my little sister's 11th birthday - I don't know how to take that, honestly.
