"Inflation, inflation, inflation." It's all Republicans talk about these days. Then Democrats roll out a bill that will reduce inflation, and of course, it comes under instant attack.
Of course inflation is an issue. One among many which this bill addresses head-on, along with prescription drugs, fairer taxes, and climate change.
Wouldn't it be great if instead of all that whining, Republicans proposed a piece of legislation of their own targeting inflation and submitted it to the CBO for scoring? Then voters in November could have a real choice!
