I might be a Libertarian if they did believe in the legalization of narcotics and the legalization of prostitution. So I joined the Constitution party.

However, I'll stand 100% with Libertarians on freedom and economics.

That is one of the platforms of the Libertarian Party. Not all libertarians agree with that and some don't even know about it. It is not that popular of an issue. The big one that the Libertarians were fighting was was the decriminalization of marijuana. However, there are a lot who believe that all narcotics should be decriminalized because they believe the war on drugs failed. It did fail because it was never fought.

I just think the damage to society huge. It is not an issue of freedom because narcotics rob people of their freedom. They are highly addictive and change a persons ability to reason. It causes them to do things they, otherwise, would never think of doing. That is not freedom, that is servitude to an addiction.

Exactly, that’s why I believe narcotics should be reserved for medical use only.
I do have quite some disagreements with the Libertarian Party, which is why I still mainly support Republicans (though I dislike much of the Republican establishment, and their policies still leave the government too powerful, although there are some Republicans I genuinely admire).

I think that when it comes to economics the Libertarians have it all figured out but the Republicans do not. Many do but there are just far too many donkey's wearing elephant suits.
