Satan is the King of Hell in the same way the baddest prisoner is King of the Prison. He is also a prisoner there, he is just the most powerful

If that doesn't make sense, let me explain. Satan is trying to tempt you to come down and suffer with him in Hell. That's what makes Satan evil.

We are all predestined to go to Hell, but if we allow Jesus to save us, he can take us to Heaven. Everyone has sinned before, but God's grace saves us from Hell.
