I thought it was just me who had this problem.

Lol! It's terrible! Usually when I go hairdressers, I NEVER come out with what I ask for, usually, if I ask for "just a trim" they don't seem to know what that means, I end up having to pay for "a whole new hairstyle!" Even though, I only ever wanted a trim...,:-( but finally, I have found one that did what I asked her do! So, her name is firmly imprinted in my head to ask for her the next time! Lol!

I've been trying to grow mine out for a while now, but since I have thick hair it always ends with me looking like a yak. I SPECIFICALLY ask for them to just thin it out, but they go and make my hair short all over again. The cycle just continues.

Ugh! I hate when that happens! I used to have really thick hair when I was younger, (i'm 30 now and it's gotten thinner than it was) and I used to ask for it just to be thinned, and no length taken from it, and they bleeding hacked it all off with layers in it, then charged me crap loads for it! I'm like "come on!!!! I have a haircut I didn't ask for!" X
