They use a system that Matt Walsh talked about in a video a few months ago which describes how there is a "racial hierachy" that places every race above or below another and how you can't be racist to people below your race on the hierachy. (Unsurprisingly, whites are the highest and blacks are the lowest on this scale.) I also believe said hierachy doesn't exist but that's from the leftist perspective.
This is also why leftists condemn anti-semetic attacks commited by Neo-Nazis or white supremacists but not Muslims. (Including far-right islamists and jihadists)
