Not sure if this is just an observation of the times or a criticism, but for anyone about to criticize it:
Oh no, a homeless person has a cheap laptop that they probably had before they were even homeless and can actually access services necessary to get themselves out of homelessness via Wi-Fi services as public locations. Clearly they don't have their priorities straight because all forms of technology are totally optional still. /S
