He'll likely do no time. Hell, Congress held Eric Himpton Holder Jr., President Obama's Attorney General in contempt of congress and he did no time... am I right? (the judge said no time for you!) otoh, if he gets a demotard judge, he/she/it (whatever) might throw the book at Bannon. Let's hope he gets an objective, fair judge.

Nope. MANDATORY 30 days, up to a year. Judge has no option on that. Probably get 30 days, unless he shows more contempt. HOlder wasn't found guilty of contempt in court,
