If the collector fights beldum he's gonna ring the bell. A lot.

He would not have the physical strength to do it, even if he did ring the bell, it would make the flow of time change

So when beldum wants to change time he just has to slap himself in the face

No he able to move his head

So if he moves his head time changes

But hypothetically
How would time change if a being of equal strength to beldum just hit him full strength to ring the bell

because his bell head would ring
