That's one of the dumpest ideas ever. That's gonna be a huge problem and it won't have enough communication from kids over this website. Sorry, not happening.

The only form it would actually work is if you need your ID to verify it. But if they make this, No one would trust Imgflip anymore, because they don't want Imgflip to know exactly who they are (cookies do not reveal as much info as an ID). As of result, the amount of new users would stop increasing, and it would lead to their bankruptcy.
