That's because the stream does not contain templates where the people are fully naked. It states on the TOS that as long as the private parts are covered/censored and the image is marked as NSFW, it is OK. The stream follows those guidelines, and thus, it wasn't deleted. However, if the private parts were NOT covered or censored, the stream would've been quickly deleted.

1. You can express yourself, as long as it abides by the law. Jeffrey's expression does not abide by the law. Luring children with gross pictures is not legal. Imgflip does not allow any illegal activity on the website, and nor does the government. Thus, this kind of expression should not be allowed on the website.
2. There are hundreds of cases of pedophiles on Imgflip luring children to do some nasty stuff, not just Jeffrey Stone. Also, Jeffrey has posted several of those inappropriate images with his alts after his main account got banned.
