So a man named Anakin Skywalker was supposed to be Qui Gons Padawan, but Qui Gon was killed by Darth Maul, who was killed by Obi Wan. Obi Wan used to be Qui Gons Padawan. In the second movie Anakin marries Padme Amidala, and in the third movie she ends up pregnant with twins. Anakin goes to the Dark Side, becoming Darth Vader, and Padme dies while giving birth to Luke and Leia. Then Luke and Leia become adults and join the people fighting Vader. Vader later tells Luke that he is Luke and Leias dad.
