American's should realize this is how Grand Juries work, and be terrified. This is what goes on behind closed doors, transcripts sealed from the public, when the system is used to lock-up Americans who cause waves for the powers that be. You've heard the saying, "A D.A. can get a Grand Jury to indict a ham sandwich"? Now you know it's origin. All that is expected in a Grand Jury is that the prosecutors convince - through conjecture, rumor and hearsay if necessary - there is a POSSIBILITY of what they say happened, happened. Then they get to indict someone and force them to trial.
