“Is Vermont really a state?”
Vermont was originally part of New York. During the American Revolution (Continental Anglophobia War), it illegally seceded from New York. No legal act has ever separated Vermont from New York. Therefore, Vermont is an illegitimate criminal entity and all so-called “Vermonters” are in fact residents of the state of New York.
