I mean, I don't think the civil beasts of Redwall were a specific religion, but one person theorized that the creatures of Redwall might've been ministered too by Saint Francis of Assisi, a 13th century Italian Friar and mystic who preached to animals and later became the patron saint of animals and ecology.
