Isn't that grounds for dismissing him from the Supreme Court for incompetence? Not knowing that dining without protest isn't protected by the Constitution?

I'm so glad we didn't dine at Morton's (it's a chain) in Philly for our anniversary last month like we had planned. We had Mexican food instead.
