What does this mean

I was being sarcastic. I believe the more extreme "looks" these days for women are quite unattractive and obviously project self-loathing. I personally love the girl on the left and feel pity for the girl on the right. Forgive me if I am being judgmental. Sincerely! Upvote to you for your comment.
