He runs over and summons a wave to crash against the bully.

The bullies: WHAT THE HELL

He makes the water knock down the bullies.

???: *Laughs*

He looks at the bullies. "What part of 'Leave her alone' do you not understand?"

"Yup." He summons a giant wave. He turns to the girl. "Get out of the way, quick."

???: *Easily moves out of the way* You took too long to make me afraid

He makes the giant wave attack the bullies once more.

???: *She just watches*
