Plus he's not being especially malicious so that kinda eliminates the notion of an outsider hacking the stream.
Yep. Nobody was using the crusaders stream for it's intended purpose and BeHapp wants to teach us a lesson or at least get the stream going again.
As to whether it will work? Probably not.
OUR ALLIES, THE CRUSADER STREAM, HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY A PERSON NAMED QUANDALEDINGLE_RISEN. I SUGGEST, IF THE PRESIDENT APPROVES OF IT, THAT WE TAKE BACK THE STREAM........WITH EXTREME PREJUDICE.
