It seems to me that there are two kinds of perps for this sort of a crime. The people who supply the underage goods, and the people who pay for those underage goods. Why is the supplier the only person identified and prosecuted? Why aren’t the people who pay for those goods at least identified? Equal justice under the law? I think not. The privileged class people are almost always protected.
