N0VAA is an AI that kind of works like Vocaloids in a way? Like- N0VAA had virtual and hologram meet and greets and “shows” where they would just tell bad jokes and try to make people happy! people loved them so much that they were like “ha wouldn’t it be cool if N0VAA was real? No one would be crazy enough to make an AI real though- right??”
THEN THEY DID-
(I mean- it was a marketing opportunity?)
N0VAA was brought to life almost Frankenstein’s monster style- with different limbs and organs being from different people and also being part robot! Their tail, horns, eyes, part of their brain and their heart are robotic!
There were other AI the company made but after a while, even making them real, N0VAA stayed a fan favorite and the others got “sent away to another company” so that they could focus on the star of this show. (Still no name for the company but I’ll come up with one soon!)
N0VAA tries to get answers about where their friend went but the company won’t tell them… I hope they are ok! :(
They m a y have gotten a b i t to popular with the fans with some being crazy enough to try and take N0VAA from the facility they were kept in. Thoes people mysteriously vanish after trying. The next few days big “NEW REAL AI!!” Or “N0VAA UPGRADES!!” Billboards flash over the city- wonder where they got the parts from? Guess we’ll never know 🤷♂️
And one day during a “walk around town” with N0VAA and the creators and scientists showing off how smart they are and how they made a whole entire being with random bits and pieces they turn their backs and face the crowd of fans that have surrounded them and the beloved AI. When they turn back after a long and dumb speech to look at N0VAA…they vanished!? Why would they want to leave the safe and caring facility??? They have to hunt them down- I mean make sure they get home safe and weren’t kidnapped! They care so very much about the AI and would hate for something to happen to them!
I mean, think about their reputation if N0VAA talked to a fan without supervision!!!!! They would tell them- I mean they could misunderstand someone’s definitely normal comment about them and then that person could sue the company for their “rouge creation having free will” that would be horrible! They can’t have people thinking they are bad caretakers for N0VAA!!!
Besides, isn’t free willed AI’s what starts almost all sci-fi “take over the world and kill all humans” movies? They can’t be responsible (1/2)
