Russia is a world leader in natural resources, traditional values, family values, values of strength and power. Russia offers a counter to the threat from terror states like the US and UK and provide the world with an alternate society from the decadent and ridiculous western values of heroism, debauchery, nihilism and moral corruption.

Countries might have a chance to develop if you stopped drone striking their kids and forcefully removing their governmental figures elected or not. Take Libya or Chile for example.
