I highly doubt this, statistics do too! if I bullied every kid at my school very few of them would have some sad backstory like this. According to CDC.gov approximately 1 in 7 kids have been neglected/abused. Plus, what does abuse at home have to do with anything? If an abused kid steals my money or calls me something rude I'd bully him, he doesn't deserve immunity because he's abused.
