Well, I do therapy at school but I’m way to scared to talk about my acutally problems

What do I do?

Don't make things worse by exposing them. If you do, it only becomes harder between them and for you. But try to understand them. If it becomes to much, tell them that you know about their partners and tell them you don't want a broken family

*cough* it’s stressful bc everyone I tell tells me the same thing or something stupid *cough*

Then try to find something that'll put you in a good mood and don't let your parents get in your way of having a happy life
