I don't really care about America
It's just a piece of land with some f**ked up history.

Every country has things in their past they are ashamed of

America slaughtered American Indians and enslaved African-Americans. We locked up Japanese in concentration camps and invaded countries like Iraq for no reason.

But the thing about America is that it can change. We freed the slaves, we established reservations, gave women the right to vote and slowly made this country better, more amazing, more free. We still have a long way to go until we truly realize the dreams of those first colonists who landed on these shores, but we will make it.

We have many shames, many drawbacks, many things that make the world shake their heads. But America is my home, my fatherland, and I love it just the same as anyone else loves theirs.
