He has a point. I've seen the va**na monologues; Netflix and B rate, and formerly TV exclusive sets in Hollywood are being vehemently employing less than talented writers and actors in the name of progress.
From 1990-2010 opening up Hollywood was a great thing. Now the bubble, and I am seeing nothing but talentless hacks rewriting characters from va**na monologues.
